That upbringing never left her. It lives in the way she thinks about color on a plate, in the instinct she brings to a menu, in the warmth she carries into every room she works in.
"I grew up in a city where the way you set a table says something about who you are. Mexico City did not teach me to love food. It taught me that food is love."
The Training
Trained at Le Cordon Bleu, Adriana studied classical French technique that gave her the structure Mexico City never imposed. Precision. Discipline. The understanding that great cooking is not improvisation. It is improvisation built on a foundation so solid you can afford to be fearless.
Wine came next, and then it came to define everything. Studied formally through WSET and deepened through an MBA in wine business, her relationship with wine is intellectual, sensory, and completely integrated into everything she does.
The Belief
"Wine is a business. Food is an art. I built my life at the place where those two sentences stop making sense separately."
That belief connects her two bodies of work. Both expressions of the same conviction: that when food and wine are treated with genuine seriousness and genuine warmth, something happens at the table that people remember for a long time.
The partnership
Brendon Rosberg
Sales Partner
Thirty years of building teams that exceed every target.
The wine consulting work is built with her partner, Brendon Rosberg. Thirty years of B2C sales leadership. A career spent understanding how people make decisions, how teams build confidence, and how organizations turn a good customer into a loyal one.
Where Adriana brings the wine knowledge, the culinary perspective, and the cultural fluency, Brendon brings the sales architecture that makes growth measurable and repeatable. It is a rare combination. It works because they think differently and trust each other completely.
